This page explains what happens to the details you send us through this website. It covers the website only. Carriers who use the Haularo software get a separate privacy policy and data processing terms with their account.

What we collect

Only what you type into the application form: your name, work email, company, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, how many trucks you run, your ELD, what you use today, and your notes.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website, and we do not build a profile of you. When we count visits to pages, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you; it tells us how many people looked at a page, not who. The fonts and images are served from this website itself, not from third parties.

Why we use it

• To reply to your application for a founding spot, set up your account if you want one, and answer your questions.
• To understand which fleets are interested, so we build what they need.

We do not sell your details, share them for advertising, or send them to anyone else for their own use.

Who handles it for us

The form is sent to our application at app.haularo.com, which stores it on servers run by our hosting provider and emails it to us; visit counts, when we collect them, are kept by Cloudflare. Those providers process it only to run this website for us.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or 24 months after we last heard from you, whichever comes first. If you become a customer, your details move into your account and that account's terms apply.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can tell us to stop contacting you. Write to contact@haularo.com and we will do it within 30 days. California residents have these rights under the CCPA; we do not sell or share personal information as that law defines it.

Children

This website is for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their details.

Changes

If we change this page, the date at the top changes with it.
